Forde is a municipality in the county of Sogn og Fjordane in the district of Sunnfjord. The city offers a great mix of nature and culture and is known for the International Forde Folk Music Festival which is held each summer. There are magnificent fjords and a dramatic landscape in the area. Hiking offers marvellous views over the mountains, fjords and glaciers.
