At Scandic Opus Horsens , we make sure that you sleep well and get a good start to the day. Our large, bright rooms have soundproof windows that ensure a good night’s sleep despite our convenient location near Egebjergvej which takes you right into the city of Horsens. Most of our rooms have a view of the green area behind the hotel or the Nørrestrand nature reserve, and if you are lucky, you’ll spot a deer in the tall grass around sunset. We know that it is important to get a good start to the day, and every morning our staff will greet you with a friendly “good morning”, freshly brewed coffee and a big breakfast buffet offering something for everyone. If you need to really unwind, you can enjoy the hotel’s small relax area where you can treat yourself to sensory experiences in the sauna, steam bath or a foot bath. In the evening, you can enjoy a dinner in our restaurant which focuses on sustainability, organic choices and high-quality local ingredients, serving a selection of both classic and more creative dishes. Hotel Scandic Opus Horsens has been designed by Kim Utzon, and the hotel’s architecture is apparent already when you check in with the 12-metre-high ceiling and large glass areas overlooking the Nørrestrand lobby, giving you the sense of roominess and high ceilings that characterises the hotel.
At Scandic Opus Horsens, you are close to town, nature and all the attractions in Horsens. Our hotel is only two kilometres from the city and if you're looking for a short walk, you’ll reach Horsens in no time, even without a car.
